Lavender Orpington Hatching Eggs

Large, friendly birds with beautiful lavender (also known as grey or “self-blue”) feathers. Unlike blue, black and splash, all lavender chicks hatch with the same feather color as their parents.
Shipping will begin early to mid-February 2024. Lavender Orpington eggs typically ship within 2-3 weeks during peak hatching season (March through June).
Orpington chickens are big, friendly birds great for laying and meat. One of the most popular permaculture breeds, Orpingtons are the only way to go for many homesteaders!
The lavender or “self blue” color is a rare and beautiful color that hatches true with every bird. Orpingtons lay 190 eggs per year with a light brown colored shell.
